The brief

An off-the-plan apartment scheme, where buyers are asked to commit to a space that does not exist yet and cannot be walked through.

Our approach

Each interior is rendered with the genuine outlook from its own level and orientation. A buyer on level four sees what level four actually sees. Reusing one hero view across every apartment is cheaper, standard practice, and much closer to misleading than most people want to admit.

Look closely

The view through the glazing is the real sightline from that unit, built from site context — not a stock skyline dropped behind the window.
