The brief

Industrial architecture is rarely given any visual care at all, which is exactly why treating it seriously separates a leasing campaign from the ones beside it.

Our approach

Shot like architecture rather than like infrastructure: low sun, long raking shadows across the tilt-up panels, and a grade that treats concrete as a material with warmth in it rather than a grey plane.

Look closely

The panel joints catch the light along one edge and fall into shadow on the other. That is a real material response to a real sun angle, and it is what stops a tilt-up facade reading as a flat grey rectangle.
