Aurum is an architectural visualization studio for projects where that first impression has to carry real weight — a planning panel, a launch, a board.
The studio
Most renders are made to fill a slide.These are made to win something.
There is a real difference between an image that shows what a building looks like and an image that makes somebody want it. The first is a technical exercise and the market has driven its price to the floor. The second is a craft problem, and it is the only thing we do.
We are deliberately small and we cap how much work we take at once. Every project is lit, styled and graded by a person who has seen a thousand of them and knows precisely which detail is about to give the image away.
If you need volume imagery at a volume price, our sister studio 3D Design Studios does that properly and we will point you there without a second thought. This studio is for the other kind of project.

How it works
Four steps, and you approve the expensive one early.
Almost every blown render budget traces back to the same mistake: materials applied before the camera and the light were agreed. We do it the other way round.

Send drawings and a sentence on what the imagery is for. Back comes a fixed price, a scope and a date — usually within the working day.
Grey-box and camera
We model the massing and set the cameras with no materials at all. You approve composition and light here, where changing it is free.
Materials and styling
Finishes to specification, styling, landscape and figures. First full-quality frames land for review at this stage.
Grade and delivery
Color grade, final render at full resolution, and delivery in every format you need — print, web and social crops.

Before you enquire
What makes this different from a $250 render?
Time, and where it goes. A budget render is a model with a sun and a camera. Ours has a lighting pass, a materials pass, styling and a grade — roughly four times the studio hours. Whether that is worth it depends entirely on what the image has to do. For a zoning or permit review, often not. For a campaign that has to sell forty apartments, always.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within two business days of a signed scope. We deliberately cap concurrent projects, so if we are full we will tell you a real date rather than take the work and run late.
How do reviews and revisions actually work?
You get a shared review link, not a stack of email attachments. Mark up the frame directly, we consolidate the comments, and the revision comes back as a new version on the same link so nothing gets lost between rounds. Three rounds are included and most projects use two.
What do you need to give us a fixed price?
Drawings and a sentence about what the imagery is for. We quote a fixed price with scope and a delivery date attached — not a range, and not an hourly estimate that moves.
